Flower Eyeshadow Quad Palette by Drew Barrymore

FIRST IMPRESSION: GOOD
 OVERALL:GOOD
(I will update this as I use the product)

There is a new cosmetic line at Walmart.  Flower by Drew Barrymore is proudly made in the USA and never tested on animals.  They do not advertise so they can keep their costs down.  This allows them to have a higher quality product & better packaging at a good price.  Most items are $7-$14 USD.

I used this quad for the first time today with the white Flower cream shadow and I think both will get better ratings as I use them.

Price: $9.98 USD
Size: .21oz/6g
Color Range: 4 Quads (white to dark grey)
Packaging: Super Cute.  White plastic.  Not as nice as some of the other Flower packaging
Pigmentation: Good (The shimmery white was kind of chalky)
Other:  I was able to blend out the colors on my hand easily.  I have not tested the staying power but I will update this as soon as I do.  Based on 3 of the shadows being good.  I am hopeful

The one I bought EQ2 Blue Lagoons:

White Shimmer, Matte Baby Blue with sparkle, Matte Teal with sparkle and Matte Charcoal with sparkle.
