I have dry skin and I do get a year older every year. Now, my dry skin brings out my fine lines. I wanted something that was going to help my skin, so I thought I would try the Clarisonic Mia. Yes, I got the animal print one (no judging).
For those of you that have used a regular toothbrush and then switched to an electric toothbrush (which I also recommend) ... this is the same thing for your face. It is way better!!!
It is a cleansing brush with removable brushes which uses a sonic frequency of around 300 movements per second, which removes more makeup, dirt or both. It has really help remove any dry patches. I also feel like my lotions absorb better into my skin. I have the regular Mia (1 speed) which works perfect for me. There is also the Mia 2 (2 speeds), Aria (3 speeds) and Plus (3 speeds). A friend of mine got a Mia, and she is prone to breakouts and it has really helped her skin too.
You can get different brushes too (sensitive, deep cleansing, regular). You should replace your brush head every 3 months to keep everything clean. Brushes run around $20-25 each.
This is expensive, but if you have the funds or someone that loves you for the Holidays ... I would definitely put this on your Christmas list. I love mine so much, I even take it with me when I travel.
