Shoe Lover Solution - Friction Block Stick

If you love shoes like I do, then you have also probably purchased a pair of shoes that rub your feet the wrong way.  I found something that can help ...Friction Block Stick by Band-Aid.  It is a little deodorant like stick that you can rub on a spot on your feet where the shoe is rubbing against your skin and making it red and irritated.  It basically adds an extra little invisible layer that protects your skin from your shoe rubbing it raw.  It goes on easy, with no mess, and it is not sticky or greasy and it really has no smell. I use mine all the time when I am breaking in a new pair of shoes.

Unfortunately, it does not help if you already have an open wound or if your shoes are just to tight.  If you have an open wound, wait for it to heal before trying this product.  I love this product and hope you will too.

I keep one in my purse, and at my desk at work. I buy mine at Target in the band-aid section.  However, I have seen them at multiple drugstores and they normally range in price from $6.00 to $8.00.  I think it is well worth the price to get extra use out of those cute new shoes you bought.  It comes in blue and white packing and the stick itself is blue and the product is white but goes on clear.

Enjoy those shoes!
